Both seat types turn up on 4x100: 3 generations in our database use ball-seat bolts (VW-group style), 34 use cone-seat. Match the seat type, not just the pattern — the wrong seat won't centre the wheel even with the right bolts.
Centre bore varies by model even within the same 4x100 pattern — use a hub-centric ring rather than assuming a universal fit.

Common questions
What does 4x100 mean?
4 studs, on a circle 100 mm in diameter — that circle is the pitch circle diameter (PCD). 4x100 is also written 4×3.94″.
What fits a 4x100 hub?
Only another 4x100 wheel. Bolt pattern has no working tolerance — even a pattern a couple of millimetres off will not seat properly. A different pattern needs a proper bolt-on adapter, not a "close enough" wheel.
