Kia Optima / K5 — Bolt Pattern
Kia renamed the Optima to K5 for the 2021 model year, but it's the same continuous model line. The original MS (2000–2006) is 4×114.3 on a 67.1 mm hub; every generation from the MG (2006) on — through the current DL3-generation K5 — is 5×114.3 on the same 67.1 mm hub with M12×1.5 nuts.

Common questions
What bolt pattern does the Kia Optima / K5 have?
Kia renamed the Optima to K5 for the 2021 model year, but it's the same continuous model line. The original MS (2000–2006) is 4×114.3 on a 67.1 mm hub; every generation from the MG (2006) on — through the current DL3-generation K5 — is 5×114.3 on the same 67.1 mm hub with M12×1.5 nuts. Check the table above for your exact generation, and confirm against a wheel or the owner's handbook before buying.
Will other wheels fit my Optima / K5?
Only wheels with exactly the same bolt pattern — bolt pattern has no working tolerance. The centre bore must also be equal to or larger than the hub (a larger bore just needs spigot rings). A different pattern needs bolt-on adapters, which also push the wheel outward and change the track.
What is the centre bore on a Optima / K5?
67.1 mm on the current car — earlier generations may differ, see the table. The bore is the hole in the middle of the wheel; it has to clear the hub spigot or sit on a spigot ring.
Bolt pattern is only part of fitment. The offset (ET) decides where the wheel sits in the arch — work that out with the wheel offset calculator. For tyre sizing on a new wheel width, use the tire size calculator.
