Common questions
What bolt pattern does the Audi A6 have?
Every A6 is 5×112. The C5/C6 (1997–2011) use a 57.1 mm hub; the C7/C8 (2011 on) moved to a larger 66.6 mm hub — the same jump the A4 made. Check the table above for your exact generation, and confirm against a wheel or the owner's handbook before buying.
Will other wheels fit my A6?
Only wheels with exactly the same bolt pattern — bolt pattern has no working tolerance. The centre bore must also be equal to or larger than the hub (a larger bore just needs spigot rings). A different pattern needs bolt-on adapters, which also push the wheel outward and change the track.
What is the centre bore on a A6?
66.6 mm on the current car. The bore is the hole in the middle of the wheel; it has to clear the hub spigot or sit on a spigot ring.
Bolt pattern is only part of fitment. The offset (ET) decides where the wheel sits in the arch — work that out with the wheel offset calculator. For tyre sizing on a new wheel width, use the tire size calculator.
