L Lexus RX — Bolt Pattern
Every RX generation, from the 1998 original through today's AL30, is 5×114.3 on a 60.1 mm hub — the pattern has never changed. The lug thread did: XU10 through AL20 (1998–2022) use M12×1.5, while the current AL30 moved to M14×1.5, so factory lug nuts don't cross between an older RX and a new one.

Common questions
What bolt pattern does the Lexus RX have?
Every RX generation, from the 1998 original through today's AL30, is 5×114.3 on a 60.1 mm hub — the pattern has never changed. The lug thread did: XU10 through AL20 (1998–2022) use M12×1.5, while the current AL30 moved to M14×1.5, so factory lug nuts don't cross between an older RX and a new one. Check the table above for your exact generation, and confirm against a wheel or the owner's handbook before buying.
Will other wheels fit my RX?
Only wheels with exactly the same bolt pattern — bolt pattern has no working tolerance. The centre bore must also be equal to or larger than the hub (a larger bore just needs spigot rings). A different pattern needs bolt-on adapters, which also push the wheel outward and change the track.
What is the centre bore on a RX?
60.1 mm on the current car. The bore is the hole in the middle of the wheel; it has to clear the hub spigot or sit on a spigot ring.
Bolt pattern is only part of fitment. The offset (ET) decides where the wheel sits in the arch — work that out with the wheel offset calculator. For tyre sizing on a new wheel width, use the tire size calculator.
