M MG ZS — Bolt Pattern

The modern SAIC-era ZS crossover (2017 on, unrelated to the old Rover-based ZS saloon) uses a 5×100/56.1mm fitment; a facelifted MG4-based electric ZS variant introduced a different 5×112/57.1mm option alongside it — check the trim before buying wheels.

Common questions

What bolt pattern does the MG ZS have?

The modern SAIC-era ZS crossover (2017 on, unrelated to the old Rover-based ZS saloon) uses a 5×100/56.1mm fitment; a facelifted MG4-based electric ZS variant introduced a different 5×112/57.1mm option alongside it — check the trim before buying wheels. Check the table above for your exact generation, and confirm against a wheel or the owner's handbook before buying.

Will other wheels fit my ZS?

Only wheels with exactly the same bolt pattern — bolt pattern has no working tolerance. The centre bore must also be equal to or larger than the hub (a larger bore just needs spigot rings). A different pattern needs bolt-on adapters, which also push the wheel outward and change the track.

What is the centre bore on a ZS?

56.1 mm on the current car. The bore is the hole in the middle of the wheel; it has to clear the hub spigot or sit on a spigot ring.

Bolt pattern is only part of fitment. The offset (ET) decides where the wheel sits in the arch — work that out with the wheel offset calculator. For tyre sizing on a new wheel width, use the tire size calculator.
